Your WhatsApp account stays yours

We are built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform through Meta's Cloud API. The phone number, the WhatsApp Business Account and the Meta app are registered to you, and connecting them runs through Meta's embedded signup inside our dashboard — a few minutes, not a support ticket.

That is worth checking with anyone you compare us with. Some providers put your traffic on a number they own, which is faster to start and means your channel, your message history and your customers' thread leave with them if you ever change supplier.

Payments settle to you

Razorpay and Cashfree connect with your own merchant credentials. Money moves from your customer to your account; it never passes through us. We see that a payment succeeded, not the money.

Build your own

A REST API covering everything the dashboard does, signed outbound webhooks with retries and a failure queue you can see and replay, and an MCP server so an AI client can operate the account as a set of tools. API access is on the Growth plan and above.

Something missing?

Custom webhooks and the public API cover most things that are not on the list — a lead source, an ERP, an internal tool. If you need something deeper, tell us what and we will say honestly whether it is on the roadmap or whether you should build it on the API.
