The cost nobody quotes you
What WhatsApp itself charges
Meta's per-message charge is passed through at cost. We add nothing to it, and it
appears as its own line on your bill rather than being folded into the subscription.
Meta charges per message for marketing, utility and authentication messages, and the rate depends on
the recipient's country. Service messages — the ones where a customer wrote to you first — are
generally free within the service window.
Several platforms add their own per-conversation fee on top of Meta's. It is rarely on the pricing
page, and on a busy month it can exceed the subscription itself. Ask any provider you are comparing
us with for their per-conversation markup in writing; ours is zero, and we are happy to put that in
writing too.
Yearly billing
Pay for ten months and get twelve. Switch the toggle above to see the exact yearly figure in your
currency. You can move between monthly and yearly at a renewal.
Changing or leaving
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing screen; changes take effect at the next cycle.
Cancelling stops the renewal and leaves your data exportable — contacts, conversations, orders and
the consent ledger, in a standard format, from the dashboard and without a fee. The WhatsApp number
and Business Account were always yours and stay yours.
