QR table ordering
A code per table. Scanning opens a conversation with your menu in it, and the order arrives tagged with the table number so it reaches the right guests.
Restaurant OS
No app to download, no account to create, no commission to a delivery platform. Your guest opens the WhatsApp they already have, reads the menu, and orders.
Why WhatsApp rather than an app
A new app, a new account and a new password, for a restaurant they might visit twice a year. Most people look at the QR code, decide it is not worth it, and wave at a waiter instead. WhatsApp skips all of it — it is already on the phone, and the interface is one they have used every day for years.
A code per table. Scanning opens a conversation with your menu in it, and the order arrives tagged with the table number so it reaches the right guests.
A board that updates as orders land, with a kitchen view for the pass. Status changes go back to the guest on WhatsApp, so nobody has to ask how long.
Categories, items, variants, add-ons, prices and availability. Mark something sold out and it disappears from the next guest's menu immediately.
Generate the bill against the table, send it in the chat, and take payment with a link or UPI — no card machine walked across the room.
Petpooja and UrbanPiper on the Pro plan, so a WhatsApp order reaches the same till as a walk-in and your day-end report still balances.
Everyone who orders becomes a contact with their order history — so a Tuesday-evening offer goes to people who have actually eaten with you.
A laminated menu that is out of date, a waiter's notepad, a phone number that rings during service, and a delivery platform that takes a quarter of the order value and keeps the customer's details. The guests are yours, the data is yours, and the only per-message cost is Meta's, passed through at what Meta charges us.
It is not a full restaurant ERP. It does not do inventory down to the gram, staff rostering or recipe costing. If you need those, it sits alongside a POS that does them — which is why the POS integrations exist. We would rather tell you that now than after you have paid.
Send us the menu you already have — a PDF, a spreadsheet, photographs of the printed card — and we will load it during setup. Most restaurants are taking their first WhatsApp order within a week of starting, and the slow part is Meta approving message templates rather than anything on our side.
Fourteen days, every feature, no card. Or take fifteen minutes with us first and we will tell you honestly whether it fits your business.
