For travel agencies

From "we're thinking about Bali in March" to a quote they can read on the sofa.

Travel is sold in conversations, over days, with half the family involved. The Travel Suite is built for exactly that — and keeps your supplier costs and your margin off the copy you send them.

What the travel pack sets up for you

Destinations, travel dates, passenger counts, budget band and the enquiry stages an agency actually runs — as real fields and real stages, from the first time you open it.

Day-by-day itineraries

Build the plan day by day with hotels, transfers, activities and inclusions. Reuse a package you have sold before instead of rewriting it for every family.

Costs in, margin calculated

Enter what each supplier charges you. The margin is worked out rather than guessed, so you find out the trip is unprofitable before you quote it, not after.

A guest link that hides your costs

The share link shows the plan and the price. It does not show supplier names, your cost or your margin — that split is enforced on the server, not by remembering to hide a column.

No account for the family

They open the link on a phone and read it. Nobody creates a login to decide on a holiday, which is why quotes sent as PDF attachments go unopened.

Follow-ups that happen

A quote sent is not a sale. Reminders sit on the lead, escalate when they go overdue, and arrive on the phone of the person who owns it.

Payments and documents

Collect the deposit with a payment link in the chat, and keep tickets, visas and vouchers against the booking rather than in somebody's inbox.

Why agencies move off spreadsheets

Not because the spreadsheet is wrong — because it cannot tell you which quote is three days old and unanswered, it cannot send the follow-up, and it quietly ends up on one person's laptop. The moment a second consultant joins, the business needs a shared record of who said what to whom and at what price.

The sharp edges, honestly

We are not a GDS and we do not issue tickets. Flights, hotels and visas are booked where you book them today; what lives here is the enquiry, the itinerary, the quote, the margin, the follow-up and the customer relationship. If a supplier has an API, the public API and webhooks are the route to wiring it in.

The Travel Suite is on the Growth plan and above, as part of the Sales CRM workspace.
