Grounded replies
Your products, prices, policies and opening hours are the source. Change a price and the next answer uses it — there is no separately-trained copy to go stale.
AI agents
Opening hours. Is this in stock. Where is my order. How much for four people in March. Grounded in your own catalogue and prices — and handed to a person the moment it should be.
Included on every paid plan — 150 conversations a month on Starter, 2,500 on Suite.
Not a chatbot
A general chatbot invents a plausible answer. This one answers from your catalogue, your prices, your FAQs and the customer's own order history — and when the answer is not in there, it says so and fetches a human rather than guessing.
Your products, prices, policies and opening hours are the source. Change a price and the next answer uses it — there is no separately-trained copy to go stale.
It reads the actual order from your store or the actual booking from the CRM, so "where is my parcel" gets the real answer instead of a holding message.
It asks the three questions your team always asks, writes the answers onto the lead, and only then alerts a human — who arrives already knowing the budget and the dates.
You decide which conversations it may handle and when it must stop. Escalation hands the whole thread to a named person with nothing lost.
Every model call is recorded with its tokens, its cost and why it stopped — so AI spend is a number you can read rather than a surprise on the bill.
A ceiling per account and per agent. Hit it and the AI stops rather than quietly running up a bill while you are asleep.
AI is included on every paid plan with an allowance that grows by tier — 150 conversations a month on Starter, 500 on Growth, 1,500 on Pro, 2,500 on Suite. There is no enablement fee: charging you to switch AI on would make the price list read as an AI upsell, which is the opposite of how we think about it.
Past your allowance there is a small per-conversation rate, shown in your currency on the pricing page. It is metered because our own cost is metered: every reply burns model tokens we are billed for. Folding that into a flat fee would mean a quiet month subsidising a loud one, and would push us to limit AI quietly rather than price it honestly.
The honest answer is that no AI is perfect. What we can promise is the architecture around it: it answers from your data rather than from general knowledge, you choose which conversations it may handle, it is built to escalate rather than improvise, every exchange is readable in full, and there is a hard spend cap. Those are in the product, not on a roadmap.
Most businesses start it on one narrow job — opening hours and order status, say — read a week of transcripts, and widen it from there. We would suggest the same.
There is an MCP server, so an AI client can drive your account as a set of tools: read the inbox, look up a contact, create an order, move a lead. Available from the Growth plan; the developer docs have the reference.
Questions
Restaurant OS is table QR ordering, a kitchen screen, menus and bills. Commerce Suite connects your Shopify or WooCommerce store so orders and carts sit beside the chat. Sales CRM is for businesses that sell by conversation — agencies, brokers, clinics, consultants — with enquiries, pipeline, follow-ups and quotes. The Suite plan opens all three on one account.
A configured starting point for your trade. Installing the travel pack creates the custom fields, pipeline stages, dispositions, message templates and web forms a travel agency needs, so the first screen you open speaks your vocabulary instead of a generic CRM's. There are packs for travel, real estate, education, healthcare, insurance, solar and consulting.
It answers from your catalogue, prices and FAQs rather than from general knowledge, and it is built to hand over to a person when it is unsure rather than to guess. You decide which conversations it may handle, you can read every exchange, and there is a per-account spend cap. The honest answer is that no AI is perfect, which is why handover and a full transcript are in the product rather than on a roadmap.
Yes. Staff who are not at a desk install the mobile app from the browser — their queue, their reminders, their chats and push notifications. It is what field sales and delivery teams actually use.
A REST API covering everything the dashboard does, signed outbound webhooks with retries and a visible failure queue, and an MCP server so an AI client can drive your account as a set of tools. Available from the Growth plan up; the developer docs have the reference.
